Activate the three buttons in a row and an airstrike will rain down on the Banished in the outpost below. Only available while the outpost is still under Banished control.

Buttons:

1. After coming out of the building with the elevator that leads to The Foundation, head right around the backside of the building. The button is on the side of a hill, on the wreckage (image 1).
2. Up on the mountain behind a rectangular container, this button can be found just above the Plasma Cannon (image 2).
3. On top of the structure, next to the turret behind the turret that has the Scorpion Tank Gun (image 3).

In the large cave. Look for the cave opening on the side of the mountain within view of Outpost Tremonius (image 2).

Up high on the cliff peak, just above the sniper and audio log

Located in the heatwave room - return here after conquering Outpost Tremonius and unlocking the next region to find a retro arcade machine playing halo music.

Leaning against a rock on an exposed hexagonal column near the edge of the cliff.

In Riven Gate in the underground tunnel that leads to the generator room (you must open all three gates in Riven Gate before accessing this area). Facing the audio log, turn left and get behind the debris. There's a hologram of the original Halo multiplayer map 'Blood Gulch' next to a dead Brute.

In the underground building slightly northeast from the bottom of the elevator that runs up to the gun battery. You'll need to use your flashlight to see the photo on the wall below near the gravity hammer.

On the roof of The Tower. Fly or grapple to get to the top. You'll find a stage with instruments and posters.

Underneath the wrecked pelican near Foxhound Squad. Wedged between the ship's starboard side and the rock.

Located on the highest peak on the raised landform section.

Close to the edge of the cliff, on a hexagonal column next to a wrecked Mongoose. At about the same elevation of the Mjolnir Armory that is just to the south.

From inside the large cavern accessed from the entrance to the northwest near the Warthog - find the split hex column that is closest to the Plasma Cannon (image 2). Grapple up to the top of this column.

From the top of the column, find the small opening in the rocks overhead (image 3). Grapple through the opening to find a giant sandwich surrounded by statues of Grunts with Halo theme music playing (image 1).

On the hexagonal pillared section of the cliff, leaning against a small pile of rocks. Can be reached via climbing/grappling from the north. Or simply by flying.

From on top of the mountain, drop down to the hex column below to find this doll sitting between two targets, close to a waterfall.

Inside a Banished escape pod at the bottom of the island

Plays when you stand on top the mountain peak near the Echo 2-16 Pilot Doll

If you stand on the very end of the structure, Halo theme music will play.

Climb to the highest point on the Forerunner structure, and the Halo theme music will trigger.

High up on the mountain, leaning against the wall in the Banished container overlooking the edge.

In the large underground cavern beneath the mountain. Get there easily by dropping down the crevice that can be found just northeast from Artifact V. Or find the cave entrance just south from the Razorback. Find this doll at the end of the tunnel, east from the main cavern, near the audio log.

Found below the skull. The Librarian is a character first seen in Halo 4.

On top of the bedroll in the cliffside camp

Inside The Tower on the second level - find this blue box behind a grate. This is a reference to the TV series 'Rick And Morty'.

Underground in the hexagonal column cave - from the Spartan core, head straight southwest. Find the small opening in the ceiling between the columns and rock (image 2) where you should be able to see a faint green glow.

Grapple up through the opening and onto the column above. There is a hidden cave with green lights, various items, and an original Xbox console.

After reaching the platform with the audio log in the Cylix room during mission Foundation, turn right and grapple onto one of the platforms below (image 2). Continue jumping down (image 3) two more platforms to find a Cylix with an image of the Space Gopher (image 1).

There's a small pit surrounded by hex columns - containing a dead grunt and marine, with red and blue lights respectively (image 1). Look for the yellow crate about half way up the backside of the mountain, south from the eastern Gun Battery (image 2), to find this location.

Inside the vent. Tagging it will display as "Sandwich".

Note: Can only be accessed before boarding the Pelican for the first time during mission Outpost Tremonius.

This is a unique weapon/confirmed glitch. During a fresh playthrough, find this weapon on top of the outermost turret's guns.

First grapple up to the platform with the derelict turrets (image 2). Then jump on to the northern turret (image 3), run up either of the guns, stand on the very tip of the gun and look down.

There should be a "Pick Up" prompt for the weapon which is, however, completely invisible (image 1). There appears to be 2 Scorpion Tank Guns, each on the tip of each turret gun.

Picking up the weapon will swap it out with the weapon you're holding and you're able to switch between your two weapons as usual. However if you drop the Scorpion Tank Gun it will disappear forever.

Deals massive damage to enemies (cannot hurt you) and has infinite ammo.

Adjacent from the audio log, find the opening in the ship's frame (image 2). Jump up into the opening, then drop down to find the doll on the ground below (image 1).

On the small ledge behind a rock. The ledge is just across and slightly down south the from the propaganda tower that's on the island across the chasm.

Find this doll between the second and third of the large, triangular structures (first structure being the one over the Spartan core). Hug the ridge on the east side of the chasm, until you get just past the second structure. Take a right and head in between the hex pillars - it's laying there in a little nook.
